Gobustan:This Archeological monument is located in Azerbaijan. In other words, 60 km from the capital city, Baku. The artifacts and rock carvings discovered in 1939 – 1940 years. Atashgah is a Fire temple. And Fire Temple built in the 17th-18th centuries in the place of the flames of natural gas. The first building of the temple belongs to the 1713 year.
Gala Ethnographic Museum Complex: Gala is located in the north-eastern part of the Absheron Peninsula. This complex is a village. And The village of Gala has approximately 5000 years of history. It is a stone chronicle that expresses our ancient history. Gala is the first open-air Museum Complex in Azerbaijan. The Area of the Gala Complex renovated in 2008. Museum complex covering 1.2 hectares and reserved 215 historical monuments. These monuments are also archeological. You can see here 5 mosques, 3 baths, dwelling houses, quarries, mausoleums, mounds, castles and etc.
Yanardagh (Fire Mountain): Yanardagh is a natural burning flame and it became as a result of the emergence of natural gas at the foot of the mountain. It is in the Absheron Peninsula near Baku. It’s located on the shores of the Caspian Sea. The history of this monument is unknown.
